Hello all,
normally I will use The Change Journey next week as a diagnosis instrument.
This is a description of the organisation:
there are about 30 people working (consultants, office managers and management). The management (founders of the company) is missing initiative with the office managers and consultants. But the management itself thinks for the people.
The problem for the moment is that there are not enough new customers. The office managers don't do sales.
The rough plan for next week is as follows:
We'll ask the workers what the organisation needs to grow.
Then people have to go to a place on the map. Herefore I will rebuild the map on the floor. When they 've chosen a place on the map, we will start the discussions in each group.
This must be a start for the company to start involving the people in the company.
After this session, we will give people ownership about a theme.
Are there any things where we should think about next week?
Do you have any ideas to enrich the session?
regards
bart
