License Conditions

License Conditions – The Change Journey Map With participation in our face-to-face Change Journey Workshop in ______________, date _______________, you will be granted the right to use the Change Journey Map and all background material in your work as an organizational change practitioner. A single-user license is granted to use the materials to work on projects and specific assignments. You will receive a soft copy of all the materials presented in the workshop.

The single-user license does not allow the mass distribution or reproduction of this material for training purposes or for electronic publication. It is for use by an individual to support his or her projects with clients. A company license is available on request. We want to make sure to maintain a high quality in the delivery of Change Journey workshops and coaching sessions.

This license entails in particular:

a) that you can make hard copies of the Change Journey Map, the question cards and other background material for a specific projects, and

b) that you will receive regular updates of the Change Journey background material and new versions of the Map (soft copies).

With this license, you have agreed not to make available this material or its contents to companies, organizations, clients, or individuals other than for your projects, for any reason without prior written consent from Holger Nauheimer. In particular, you agree not to pass on soft copies of the material to third parties other than the clients you work with.

The license is granted for a period of one year. After that year you can continue to use the Change Journey Map in the version that you have received but you will not receive any other updates. The license will not be extended automatically. The annual renewal fee will be Euro 200.
