Currency All figures mentioned on this site or by our representatives are Euro unless we agree in writing. We will accept payment in Euro.

Terms and Conditions:

If you accept this terms then you agree to be bound in law to the terms and conditions set out below.

Bookings

Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis and will be secured upon receipt of a completed application form and receipt of the appropriate course fee.

Course fees may be paid by our secure credit card server (MASTERCARD, VISA, or AMERICAN EXPRESS).

Participation fees are payable in advance, in one instalment upon registration.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation of a workshop by us, all fees paid will be reimbursed in full. Where dates are varied by us, registered participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.

Refunds will be made as follows for cancellations made by participants:

• 30 days prior to the workshop - 70% of fees will be refunded
• less than 30 days prior to the conference - no refund of fees

Warranty

We will do all we reasonably can to provide the conference we advertised but you agree that we are under no strict legal obligation to do so at any specific time or place, provided we have used all reasonable endeavours.

We can terminate this agreement by giving 30 days notice (or forthwith if we have reason to believe you have breached the terms of this agreement).

The law that applies

We are based in Germany, and therefore subject to German law. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. No effect will be given to any principle of conflict of laws.
