Profile Information

What brings you here?: Learn more about the "The Change Journey". I'm not a change manager or whatsoever but these days changes are more eminent then ever, culture is changing. Instead of be subject of the result I like the idea to understand the process and gain a more participating role.

What can you contribute?: Not sure yet but I will update this field as soon I know.

What do you look for?: The thing I really struggle with is how to work on/with confusing instructions, unclear directions and misleading intentions (transparence in general).
