What brings you here?
I am honored to be one of the many who have been leading change (and allowing myself to be changed) for quite some time. I find it's exactly like the French say, the more things change, the more they stay the same, and at the same time, not at all. I see myself as a Change Guide, rather than a Change Manager, fueled by the promise of transformation and growth at the personal level; greater effectiveness through collaboration, innovation, communication and evolution at the organizational level.
What can you contribute?
18 years of Change experience, honed largely through International Business, as an Emerging Markets specialist, along with a curious spirit, a humble heart and an open and curious mind. I am most interested in writing and teaching, etc. as a means of service vs. self-expression.

I have also been successful in classical business terms internationally, as well as in non-profit leadership, so as a bridge spanner, I have the benefit of multiple perspectives and insights which I carry from other worlds. : )
What do you look for?
A place to learn. grow and collaborate personally, along with more insights as to how to be a more effective Change Agent/Guide professionally. I am also keen to contribute to a Change community as an agent in itself for transformation and to contribute to the field as it evolves in parallel with Humanity.
