Profile Information

What brings you here?: I am honored to be one of the many who have been leading change (and allowing myself to be changed) for quite some time. I find it's exactly like the French say, the more things change, the more they stay the same, and at the same time, not at all. I see myself as a Change Guide, rather than a Change Manager, fueled by the promise of transformation and growth at the personal level; greater effectiveness through collaboration, innovation, communication and evolution at the organizational level.

What can you contribute?: 18 years of Change experience, honed largely through International Business, as an Emerging Markets specialist, along with a curious spirit, a humble heart and an open and curious mind. I am most interested in writing and teaching, etc. as a means of service vs. self-expression.

I have also been successful in classical business terms internationally, as well as in non-profit leadership, so as a bridge spanner, I have the benefit of multiple perspectives and insights which I carry from other worlds. : )

What do you look for?: A place to learn. grow and collaborate personally, along with more insights as to how to be a more effective Change Agent/Guide professionally. I am also keen to contribute to a Change community as an agent in itself for transformation and to contribute to the field as it evolves in parallel with Humanity.
