What brings you here?: I'm working as a business coach and consultant. The change is all around us - organizations are constantly either planning, implementing or evaluating their change processes. Individuals have mixed feelings, thoughts and survivingmethods in the middle of these processes.

What can you contribute?: I can share thoughts and best practices, casestudies and experiences with the fellow travellers.

What do you look for?: I took the licencing workshop a year ago. Since then I've found the change journey map very practical and useful tool for building a dialogue between people across the organizations.
